That approach has shaped generations of students across institutions such as American University, Tel Aviv University, Ritsumeikan University, New York University and the Foreign Service Institute at the U. S. Department of State.

Since joining Clarewood University in 2016 as a founding professor and later assuming the role of president, Dr. Linowes has played a central role in building the university’s academic identity and achieving its institutional accreditation. His leadership continues to elevate Clarewood’s mission of preparing professionals to excel in business, management and public administration.
